At the heart of King’s Global Outreach Ministries are two dedicated servant-leaders, Pastor Lewis A. King and Joy Dailey King. Together, they embody a Christ-centered vision that reaches beyond the walls of the church and into the lives of those in need. Through practical service, spiritual guidance, and relentless community engagement, they have built a ministry that uplifts individuals and families by meeting both physical and spiritual needs. Their leadership reflects a shared commitment to faith, family, and empowerment—with a focus on transforming communities one act of love at a time.
Pastor Lewis A. King
Pastor Lewis A. King is the Founder, President, and CEO of King’s Global Outreach. A respected community leader, he is a Pastor, Speaker, Consultant, Coach, and Author of The Reinvented Man: A Journey of Raising Kings. A graduate of Concordia Theological Seminary, Lewis is known for his ability to build bridges across diverse communities and for creating opportunities where others see obstacles.
His ministry began within the walls of King’s Barbershop, a business he has owned for nearly 30 years. From that space, King’s Global Outreach was born in 2012, launching a mission to “spread the Gospel weekly by fellowship and feeding outside of the four walls of the church.” Today, the ministry annually distributes hundreds of school supply kits and Christmas baskets to families in need.
Lewis has served in leadership roles across the city, including as Director of the Fort Wayne UNITED Ten Point Coalition, where his efforts led to a 75% reduction in crime in the initiative's service area. He currently serves as a Campus Director for Kenny’s Academy of Barbering and sits on the Mayor’s Opportunity Advisory Council and Safe Housing board. His life is a living testimony of impact, innovation, and service through faith.
Joy Dailey King
Joy Dailey King is a dynamic leader, motivational speaker, and proud U.S. Army Veteran who brings passion and purpose to everything she does. As the Founder and CEO of The Reinvented Network and The Reinvented Woman brand, Joy empowers women to discover their identity, walk boldly in faith, and combine ministry with marketplace success.
A graduate of Thomas Edison State University, Joy has a unique gift for inspiring others to see that through God, all things are possible. She speaks boldly about economic empowerment, spiritual development, and balancing business with biblical principles. Her messages equip believers with the tools they need to grow both spiritually and professionally.
Above all, Joy treasures her role as wife and mother. Her family is her first ministry, and the lessons she learns from loving and leading at home influence the grace and wisdom she brings to her work in the community.
